Made It For You (MIFU) operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent artists and creators. As many items are handmade, customized, or produced by third-party sellers, our refund and return policy is limited and specific. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered except in cases where the order is fully damaged upon delivery.
A product will be considered fully damaged if it is unusable in its intended form due to damage caused during delivery or handling.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or video evidence of the damaged item and packaging must be provided
- The item must not have been used
Once verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the wrong item was delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
Once the return is approved:
- The incorrect item must be returned as instructed
- A replacement or correction will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
- Size or fit issues (unless the wrong item was sent)
- Minor variations in handmade or custom items
3. Marketplace Responsibility
As MIFU facilitates transactions between customers and independent artists or service providers, each seller is required to comply with this Refunds and Returns Policy. Final decisions regarding refunds and returns are managed by MIFU to ensure consistency and fairness.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital products or services
- Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse
